The high export of tilapia by China makes China the highest exporter in the world, making SFP as one of the International Non-Government Organizations participate in increasing the cultivation of tilapia. This research is supported using the concept of the Role of INGOs (International Non-Governmental Organizations). The research method used by the writer is descriptive qualitative method, which aims to describe the facts related to the problem under study in words. The data collected by researchers through literature study, online data search, and documentation. The results of the study show that SFP has succeeded in carrying out its role as Implementers in the FIP (Fisheries Improvement Program), AIP Catalyst (Aquaculture Improvement Project), and Partnership in collaboration with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and China Blue, this is marked by making it a SFP success stories Keywords : SFP, Aquaculture, International Non-Governmental Organization, Tilapia.
