ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KERJA MAHASISWA PESERTA MAGANG KAMPUS MERDEKA DI PT. SUITMEDIA JAKARTA TAHUN 2021-2022.
This research aims to determine the increase in work competence and the suitability of the educational background of students participating in the internship at PT. Suitmedia Jakarta in 2021-2022. Increasing work competence is seen from the aspect of Taksonomi Bloom, namely communication, planning, managerial, problem solving, cooperation, technological skills, continuous learning, and initiative. The suitability of the student's educational background is seen from the aspect of freedom to learn in an internship position with absolute study program requirements and an internship position with general study program requirements. The data obtained is based on the report on the realization of the internship program at the independent campus of PT. Suitmedia and focus group discussions (FGD). Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the increase in work competence of students participating in independent campus internships at PI. Suitmedia has been well proven by the average increase in every aspect of work competence from the beginner level to the capable level. The suitability of the educational background of students is divided into students who improve work skills based on the educational background of the study program and students who improve work competencies outside of their educational background. Overall, the implementation of internship at PI. Suitmedia 2021-2022 has been good at improving student work competencies as provisions for the world of work, both jobs with special educational requirements and employment with general education requirements. The suggestions in this study are that the Ministry of Education can develop a long-term internship program to increase higher work competencies and the study program can provide recommendations for positions and internships that are in the scientific field of the study program or facilitate students who want to master work fields outside Academic education.
