PERSEPSI PETANI TENTANG KENAIKAN TARIF JKN DI KECAMATAN MUARA TELANG TAHUN 2021
Farmers as JKN participants for Non-Wage Recipient Workers (PBPU) must pay monthly contributions to the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS). Based on presidential regulation number 64 of 2020, JKN contributions have increased, this will lead to different perceptions among JKN participants. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of farmers about the increase in contributions. This study uses a qualitative design which was carried out using in-depth interviews with 8 key informants, namely JKN PBPU participants and 2 supporting informants, namely the head of the field and the contribution management staff. The results of the research on farmers' perceptions of the JKN contribution were 5 people who agreed with the increase in contributions and 3 people who didn't agree, 4 people objected to the increase in contributions because it was expensive and 4 people didn't mind. Aspects of farmers' knowledge about the benefits of JKN KIS is still low due to lack of information about it. Aspects of farmers' expectations are that their health costs will be helped and 5 of the informants hope that the contributions can return to the way they were before and 3 informants have no problem with the current amount of contributions. Aspects of farmers' needs, namely the need for health services. The motivation aspect is wanting to be registered as a JKN participant so that they can always get health insurance. The emotional aspect of farmers is that their income is not fixed and they must always pay dues as well as the sanctions that are given to arrears of contributions. The cultural aspect, namely in Muara Telang, the coverage of PBPU participation is still low. And compliance with paying dues to farmers is still lacking. To increase public knowledge, BPJS Health should disseminate education through mass media such as print and television media and conduct cross-sector strengthening with health workers in the regions so that they can assist in disseminating information about the benefits of BPJS. Local governments should assist in facilitating and supervising the dissemination of information about BPJS in every health facility and making billboards or banners about JKN that are posted in several areas
