This Study is entitled “ Communication Strategy Instructions Between Leaders and Subordinates In Improving Employee Performance in the Field of Protocol Secretariat DPRD of South Sumatra Province during the Covid -19 Pandemic . Study this aim for explore and study what is the communication strategy instructional leaders and subordinates increase performance officer in protocol area DRPD Secretariat of South Sumatra Province during the Covid19 pandemic .
