The Dempo Health Center has implemented the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach since 2017. The total coverage data collection but the Healthy Family Index value per December of 0.46475 is still categorized as unhealthy when compared to other health centers and the Healthy Family Index value of Palembang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach at the Dempo Health Center in Palembang City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. There were 19 research informants, namely 5 main informants and 14 triangulation informants. The results of the study were the lack of funds for the medical device budget so that the number was limited, the difference in the number of intervention targets when collecting data, manual data management for mental indicators, intervention activities focused more on interventions in health programs and lack of coordination between officers. The three lowest indicators are the mental indicator at 22.27%, the Pulmonary Tuberculosis indicator at 29.24%, and the Family Planning indicator at 42.36%. The researcher's suggestion to the Dempo Health Center is to increase the number of intervention targets, coordination between officers and community leaders and increase health promotion activities during home visits.
