HUBUNGAN FUNGSI PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN KELUARGA DENGAN KEPATUHAN REMAJA DALAM MENERAPKAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN COVID-19.
COVID-19 is an infectious disease that spreads throughout the world with a very fast transmission process. Preventive steps in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 are by complying with health protocols. The reinforcing factor of obedience is family. Dealing with COVID-19, which involves the participation of civil society, can start from its smallest unit, namely the family. One of the functions of the family related to health is the function of health care. This study was aimed to determine correlation between the family health care function and adolescent compliance in implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. This study used quantitative analytics with a cross sectional research design. The sample of this study were 122 respondents that collected by using purposive sampling with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study that have been carried out there are 112 adolescents (91.8%) who have a family health care function with a good category and there are 119 (97.5%) adolescents who comply with the COVID-19 health protocol. Based on the results of the spearman rank test, the results obtained of p value = 0.000 and r value = 0.531, which means that there is a significant correlation between the family health care function and adolescent compliance in implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. A good family health care function will increase adolescent compliance in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol.
