DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This research was motivated by a decrease in work discipline from employees at the Ogan ilir Eavironment und land Service, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to reveal the Work Discipline f Employees During the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Emvironmem and Land Service of Ogan lir Regency. The theory used is the work discipline proposed by llasibuan with indicators of goals and abilities, leadership examples, remneration, egal sanctions, assertiveness and human relations. This research uses descripive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interniews and documentation using interactive model data analysis techniques developed by files and lluberman. The results of the study show that the work discipline of the DLHP of Ogan lir Regcncy is not fully in accordance with PP No. 94 of 2021 concerning the enforcemem of the Performance Discipline of Civil Servants and in the Regent's Circular Nvo of 2021 concerning Enforcement of Discipline for ASN Employees in Government Hgencies. lu addition, because here are still employees who have not complied with discipine in terms of work and the implementation of health protocols is not appropriaie, work discipline is not optimal. The resulis of this study suggest utilizing human resources according to scicnce, leaders must provide examples of good atitudes, reward employees who exce, consistency in taking action against violations, leaders must provide the same firmness atitude to each of their subordinates and between employees who must aways remind if there are violations.
