This study aims to find out how the Strategy Implementation of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Sungai Pinang Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency in 2018-2022. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to explain the object under study. The type of data used is qualitative data and primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory of strategic indicators according to Kotten which consists of organizational strategy, institutional strategy, resource support strategy and program strategy. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of BUMDes Mitra Jaya Mandiri in Sungai Pinang village has not yet been fully implemented optimally and ef ectively. Organizational strategy consisting of vision and mission, but in achieving the mission has not been maximized. Meanwhile, the institutional strategy related to SOPs or the mechanism of the BUMDes program has not been good enough in its implementation. Finally, the program strategy consists of indicators of the implications of the BUMDes program which can be said that the BUMDes program has succeeded in providing welfare impacts for the Sungai Pinang village community and can increase the Original Income of the Sungai Pinang area. Suggestions from this research are to reinforce SOPs and HR in each program, especially in the agricultural sector so that they can minimize existing obstacles and BUMDes Sungai Pinang, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency can be even more advanced.
