HUBUNGAN STRATEGI COGNITIVE REAPPRAISAL DAN EXPRESSIVE SUPPRESSION DENGAN KELELAHAN EMOSIONAL PADA FRONTLINER BANK DI SUMATERA SELATAN
This study aims to clarify the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and expressive repression with emotional exhausted in South Sumatra's among forefront banks. The hypothesis of this study is the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and front-line banks of emotional exhaustion in South Sumatra, and the relationship between expressive repression and front-line banks of emotional exhaustion in South Sumatra. The population of this survey was the Frontliner Bank of South Sumatra. The study sample for this study consisted of 48 front liners and the test sample consisted of 50 front lines. In this study, we used a targeted sampling technique. The measuring instruments in this study used the emotional exhaustion scale associated with the components of Maslach, Schaufelli, and Leiter (2001) and the emotional regulation scale associated with the strategy of Gross and John (2003).
