PENGARUH LAMA PERENDAMAN TERHADAP KELARUTAN ION KALSIUM GIGI DESIDUI YANG DIRENDAM DALAM MINUMAN BERSODA
The process of demineralisation caused the solubility of the mineral of the teeth enamel. The condition for demineralisation of the enamel happened when the mouth pH under the critical point (the pH < 5.5) resulting from the condition for acid in the cavity in the mouth. This condition was in part caused by consumption of the drink that contained acid and had the level of pH under the critical point like softdrink. The researchers suggested that increasingly often teeth made contact with the drink that contained acid, increasingly big also the occurrence of the solubility of the mineral of the teeth enamel in saliva. The experimental research pure this was carried out to know whether having the long influence of the submersion on the solubility of the ion of teeth calcium desidui that was soaked in softdrink and measured big the solubility of the ion of teeth calcium desidui that was soaked in softdrink. This research was carried out by soaking teeth desidui in the mineral water for 3.5 days and inside softdrink for 3.5 and 7 days. The most protracted calcium size was measured with the absorption spectrometer of the atom (SSA). The analysis of the data that was used was anova one direction and the continued LSD test with the SPSS program 16 for Windows. From results ofthe research could be concluded that is gotten by the influence of the length of the submersion of teeth desidui inside softdrink towards the solubility of the ion of teeth calcium desidui. Thought in general the level ofteeth calcium desidui that was most protracted in the submersion in softdrink for 3.5 days as big as 13,584 ppm and for 7 days as big as 24,003 ppm.
