HUBUNGAN KEBAHAGIAAN DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERADAPTASI KARIER PADA KARYAWAN DI AWAL KARIER
This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between happiness and career adaptability in early-career employees. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between happiness and career adaptability in early-career employees. This study used 169 respondents from early career employees for data collection, and used 50 employees at the beginning of their careers for trials. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used, namely the career adaptability scale, refers to the dimensions of Savickas and Porfeli (2012), and the happiness scale refers to aspects of happiness according to Seligman (2011).
