ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN TERHADAP PELAYANAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS PADANG SELASA KOTA PALEMBANG
Vaccination is intended so that individuals have an immune system against a virus and when exposed it does not cause severe symptoms. The importance of patient satisfaction has a broad and positive impact on the public service itself in order to be able to understand patient expectations in prioritizing service quality. Such as the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Puskesmas during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Padang Selasa Health Center Palembang by using the variable element of the Community Satisfaction Index according to PERMENPAN RI No. 14 of 2017. This study used a cross�sectional study approach with quantitative methods. The sample of this study was 64 people who participated in the Covid-19 vaccination at the Padang Health Center Selasa. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique was carried out by using univariate and bivariate tests using a Chi-Square table.
