Menstrual Hygiene Management is the management of hygiene and health when women have menstruating. The percentage of Palembang City teenagers who are able to apply personal hygiene during menstruation is still relatively low at only 15% and the highest number of young women in Palembang City is located in Sukarami district. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect Menstrual Hygiene Management in Young Women in Sukarami District. This study uses quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was 127 young women in Sukarami District with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The analysis of this study consisted of univariate analysis, bivariate with chi square statistical test, and multivariate with double logistic regression test. The results showed that the behavior of menstrual hygiene management which has a good category of 59.1%. It was found that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value=0,036; PR=1,404; CI=1,066-1,849), salience of the behavior (p-value = 0,005; PR=1,679; CI=1,144-2,646), intention (p-value=0,041; PR=1,388; CI=1,044-1,846), habits (p-value=
