ANALISIS FITUR INSTAGRAM SHOPPING PADA SOSIAL MEDIA INSTAGRAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE
The high use of the internet in the world and even in Indonesia has shown that online activities are in high demand because of the convenience and benefits obtained for users. Many things can be done online, including interaction through social media and and online shopping, one of which is through Instagram Shopping. Therefore, the user experience is very important. In simple terms, user experience is how the user feels about every interaction that the user is facing when a product is in used. Paying attention to user experience is a very important thing in the development of a product or service. In this study, the user experience measurement method used is the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is an instrument that can be used to process data from surveys related to user experience that is easy to run, trusted, based on, and used to conduct subjective quality assessments. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) contains 6 assessment aspects, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The study was conducted on 100 users in Palembang. Data processing was carried out using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. From the Benchmark results, Attractiveness aspect gets an evaluation of Below Average. While the other aspects get an evaluation value of an Above Average and the Novelty aspect received a Good value result.
