The research at the Notary and PPAT Office Sondang Febriyanti Aritonang, S.H., M.Kn aims to assist in the processing of land deed data management, starting from receiving the applicant's file to the issuance of a land certificate at the Notary/PPAT office. The benefits of this research are to facilitate the process of searching for data for making land deeds, simplifying the data processing process in making land deeds, and can provide convenience in recapitulating and controlling data. In this study the authors used the method of observation and interviews. Applications are made based on the waterfall method with a series of activities including analysis, design, implementation and testing, as well as implementation. The results of this study are that the application of data management for making land deeds at the notary office and PPAT Sondang Febriyanti Aritonang, S.H., M.Kn based on this web, can make it easier for admins at the notary office and PPAT to manage data for making land deeds, as well as simplify admin in making monthly reports.
