The final project was carried out with the aim of making an employee performance appraisal application in the Tanjung Lubuk post office. At the Tanjung Lubuk Post Office, the performance assessment of employees is still very simple, where the management of the target data for each month is still not conceptualized by the system or is still carried out by estimating so that the fall is not efficient. This method makes it difficult to process the assessment target data quickly and accurately. The data collection has not been stored in the database and is still written using books or paper, so the data entry error rate is also high. The benefits of this application is that it easier for employees to make improvements, collect performance data on the success of employees performance. The software model used is the waterfall model. based on these problems the authors designed a web-based application using php. The software model used is the waterfall model. The result of this project is a web-based employee performance appraisal application. The test results using Black box testing on this employee performance appraisal application are all declared successful.
