The Employment Social Security Administration (BPJS) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in the protection of workers through 4 (four) labor social security programs, which include the occupational accident insurance program, death insurance, old age security and pension guarantee for all workers and their families. The management of correspondence at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is currently still not effective, because the process of recording letter numbering is still done use pens and books. So that in a long time there is often an error in recording the letter number, this causes the letter numbering in a company to be out of snyc and complaints arise from consumers. The author also use the Waterfall develompment methode and uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgneter Framework and MYSQL as the database.
