PENGARUH FAKTOR MODERASI SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP NIAT DAN SIKAP INDIVIDU DALAM MEMBENTUK PERILAKU BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA MAHASISWA
Knowledge is an important asset for the sustainability and development of an organization, including universities. Through knowledge management, universities consciously identify their knowledge and use it to improve performance. But the performance of each individual's learning process is different, some are good and some are lacking. So to improve performance among students, knowledge sharing behavior is needed. However, not all students want to share knowledge, therefore research is conducted on the influence of individual factors and self-efficacy as a moderator of knowledge sharing behavior and performance. In this study, the framework of thinking is constructed into a model adopted from the Theory of Planned Behavior model. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire with 468 respondents who were taken using proportional stratified random sampling. Data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that forming knowledge sharing behavior requires encouragement from the Individual Intentions and Attitudes factor. Meanwhile, Self-Efficacy cannot influence the relationship between Individual Intentions and Attitudes with Knowledge Sharing Behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing behavior has a significant effect on performance.
