One of the functions of government itself is related to the service, how the government can provide services easily and directly to the society. In this case, The Palembang City Government is already trying to provide an e-government service called Hallo Palembang in which there are many features, one of which is SIDEMANG to manage correspondence permits. Problems happened when there is a lack of socialization to the society to use the service and also when the operators (admin) that consist from young to old age have difficulty managing the SIDEMANG Website Admin Panel, apart from uneven socialization, inadequate assistance services and difficulties in managing or following the flow of the SIDEMANG Website Admin Panel. The results of the initial display evaluation test using the USE Questionnaire to the sub-district admin respondents still obtained "Enough" overall results for the 4 aspects tested, namely Ease of Use, Usefulness, Easy of Learning and Satisfaction. Design improvements are deemed necessary in order to increase the user's comfort when using the SIDEMANG Website Admin Panel. This research uses the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) method through 4 stages. The result of this research is a display of the solution design along with the results of the final evaluation where it is found that the usability of the SIDEMANG Website Admin Panel is "Eligible" as the final result of the evaluation.
