PEMODELAN PROSES BISNIS PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA DENGAN PENDEKATAN PROCESS MINING
Sriwijaya university does not have Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for implementing digital library service management. Standard Operating Procedure is required as a benchmark to see the efficiency of the services provided. Therefore, it is necessary to know how users behave in accessing digital library services, as a standard for implementing digital library service management. This study has completed how to determine the behavior of Digital library users, to determine the efficiency of the services provided. Process mapping for digital library user access for a month has been carried with the process mining method and managed with fluxicon disco application that automatically uses fuzzy miner algorithm. Thus obtained the terrible factors of user behavior patterns, which include, sum of number case id, mean of variant, frequency of access, length time of access, and sum of events.
