This study purpose to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Pama Persada Tanjung Enim. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pama Persada Tanjung Enim which consists 68 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research shows that Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT Pama Persada Tanjung Enim.
