Currently, the procedure for registering for treatment at the Celikah Health Center, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is still carried out by coming directly to the Celikah Health Center, which results in queues piling up, as well as the risk of data errors, and takes a long time. This study aims to build a medical registration application so that it can help shorten the treatment registration process, and can assist in managing data relaied io patient registration data. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting direct observations and using interview media to related parties at the Celikah Health Center to obtain data and Specifications for the desired application requirements, as well as using the waterfall system development method with requirements, design, implementation, integrating stages. and testing, maintenance. The results of the study are in the form of a treatment registration application, which can be used to shorten the treatment registration process, starting from the patient registering to getting prescriptions and drugs, and can assist in managing the patient's medical history data, Based on the results of software testing using the black box method, the application that was built was running well and according to user needs.
