PENENTUAN BANYAKNYA CAMPURAN GARAM SEBAGAI BEBAN PENGUJIAN PEMBANGKIT LISTIK DENGAN LOGIKA FUZZY
A control system has been designed to determine the amount of salt mixture that will be used as a power plant test load with fuzzy logic control. Power plant testing aims to find out how well a power plant works. One of the loads that can be used is to use salt water. The control system is designed to function to add salt automatically into the solution used as a load according to the desired EC value. Sensors used in this study are conductivity sensors to detect the EC value of the solution, ultrasonic sensors to detect the volume of the solution and load cells to detect salt weight. In this study, three servo motors were used for removing salt, opening the cover for the salt reservoir, moving the scales and pumps for mixing salt in the solution. The value of the comparison of the target EC to the initial EC and the volume of the solution becomes the input for the fuzzy control system to produce output in the form of the amount of salt that must be added in the form of a percentage. The results of the tests carried out show the system has been running well with an average EC error of 3.72% against the target.
