This final project was carried out to make a book lending management application at the public library in Prabumulih City. At the public library in Prabumulih City, the process of borrowing books is still straightforward, using large books as a medium to record visitors. By using large books and stationery as the medium, there is a risk of damage or loss of visitor data. The benefit of this application is that it can make it easier for library employees to borrow books at the library, making it easy to recap and control data. Based on these problems the author designed a web-based application using PHP. The software development method used is the waterfall which consists of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The result of this project is a web-based book lending management application. The test results using black box testing on the book lending management application were all declared successful.
