The village office is the smallest government agency that deals directly with the community in terms of providing population services. At the Eight Ulu Village Office, problems were found regarding correspondence management activities, so the purpose of this study was to design and build a website-based application for making correspondence services at the Eight Ulu Village Office Palembang. The benefit is that it simplifies the process of searching, creating, and managing mail. The method used to collect data is to make observations and interviews. This application is designed using the waterfall method and built with the CodeIgniter framework and Mysql as a database. The results of system testing carried out using the blackbox method and the system has been running as expected. Based on the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the application of this correspondence service can help the Kelurahan Officers in managing the correspondence activities that exist at the Kelurahan Eight Ulu Palembang Office.
