PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. BANK SUMSEL BABEL (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN ALIH DAYA PT. CERMAT PRATAMA SEJAHTERA YANG DITEMPATKAN DI PT. BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG A.RIVAI DAN CABANG PEMBANTU PTC.
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on job satisfaction employees at PT.Bank Sumsel Babel. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods and using primary data at PT.Bank Sumsel Babel by taking a sample of 65 respondents. In this research, the data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique of data was using simple liniear regression. The research results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction at PT.Bank Sumsel Babel, it is proven with sig score = 0,00 < 0,05 which shows the t-count is greater than the t-table (10.212 > 1.998). The employees of PT.Bank Sumsel Babel especially at A.Rivai Branch and , their were satisfied with service provided by outsourced employees, both in terms of reliability serving and the interaction with fellow employees.
