PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DENGAN METODE THE 10-STEP KM ROADMAP DAN KONSEP GAMIFICATION PADA BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL (BNN) PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
In carrying out the task of counseling the dangers of drugs, employees of Prevention and Community Empowerment (P2M) BNN South Sumatera Province have their own knowledge and experience in addressing problems that arise, but this knowledge is difficult to find and not well documented because the P2M field does not yet have a system that specifically manage this knowledge, so a system is needed to help manage employee knowledge. The purpose of this research is to apply a Knowledge Management System in the P2M field of BNN South Sumatra Province using The-10Step KM Roadmap method in order to create a knowledge sharing process between employees and apply the concept of Gamification using Marczewski's Gamification Framework to increase employee interest in knowledge sharing. The result of this research is the Knowledge Management System P2M BNN of South Sumatera Province that has been tested with 51 tests using BlackBox Testing method, states that the system is in accordance with the needs of employees.
