One of the applications created by BPJS health is the JKN mobile application, this application was created with the aim to provide ease of access and convenience for JKN-KIS participants which is a manual system change to computerized in the form of mobile applications. With this application there are still many people of BPJS JKN KIS participants who have not used and utilized this application in ogan komering ulu timur district. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of acceptance of JKN mobile applications and find out the factors that cause people not to use and utilize this application in ogan komering ulu timur district. Research methods are conducted by interviews and the dissemination of questionnaires subsequently conducted in the analysis with the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The results showed that as many as 165 BPJS participants did not use the application with various problems and factors and as many as 35 respondents used the application of which 34 respondents received this application and 1 respondent did not accept and the relationship between variables or hypotheses on this method there were those who showed positive (relationship / effect) and negative (no relationship / effect).
