This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on employee performance of Badan Narkotika Kabupaten (BNK) Banyuasin. The population of this study were all employees, amounting to 50 people. The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sampling method (census) where all the population is the sample so that the sample of this study is 50 people. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Badan Narkotika Kabupaten (BNK) Banyuasin. For organizations recommended to pay more attention to the assessment of employee work placement and the need to see and consider the level of education of employees in assigning tasks in order to provide maximum performance results for the organization.
