The teacher performance appraisal system that runs at SMA Negeri 1 Ogan Komering Ulu aims to measure teacher performance. The current scoring system has not been maximized properly. The problem that makes the assessment weak is that there are cases where there are several teachers who have the same value, so that the ranking results can be the same which results in having difficulty in making decisions, this problem arises because the value indicator is not clear or does not exist which causes the assessors and decision makers to be constrained in determining the finalization or final decision so that it causes a subjective or partial selection process. The purpose of the final project research conducted by the author is to develop and apply the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) mathematical calculation method to the Teacher Performance Assessment Decision Support System at SMA Negeri 1 Ogan Komering Ulu in order to assist in recommending the selection process according to decision-making needs.
