This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as moderating variable. This was a correlational analysis with a quantitative approach. Using purposive sampling methods, there are 8 pharmaceutical-subsector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, and hypothesis was tested by linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. This study showed that CSR Reporting had a positive and significant effect on company value, and GCG was able to moderate the effect of CSR Reporting on company value. This study implies that companies can pay more attention to CSR and GCG disclosures in full and by established standards. Investors may consider CSR and GCG disclosures when deciding to invest in the capital market. The next researcher may use a wider object and adds other variables.
