APLIKASI SURVEY KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA INTEGRATED LPG TERMINAL PULAU LAYANG MENGGUNAKAN LARAVEL
In this final project report the author makes an application to find out what percentage of the confidence level of the drivers and assistants from each agent and see the quality of the facilities and services provided by the Integrated LPG Terminal Pulau Layang using the waterfall development method. It is hoped that this application can help the SGA division to speed up and facilitate in terms of managing survey data, filling out questionnaires and calculating survey results. The test results obtained by the author using the black box testing method, which is a software testing scenario that is in accordance with what the author expects. With the results obtained, the application of a customer satisfaction survey at the Integrated LPG Terminal Pulau Layang has been developed and should be used to conduct a survey on drivers and assistants at each SPPBE agent.
