This study aims to determine the effect of employee work commitment on work productivity at PT. Guthrie Pecconina Indonesia Rantau Panjang Estate. The population in this study were workers in PT. Guthrie Pecconina Indonesia Rantau Panjang Estate which totaled 80 respondents.The data collection method used in this study using questionnaire method. The technical analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis. The data in this analysis was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that employee work commitment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Guthrie Pecconina Indonesia Rantau Panjang Estate.
