This study aims to analyze the effect on the implementation of the e-billing system. The data in this study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is all registered Individual Taxpayers who use E-Billing at KPP Pratama Seberang Ulu Palembang in 2020. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 16.0. The results of this study the use of the e-billing system as proxied by ease of use has no effect on increasing tax revenues.
