Baturaja Cat House is a business that sells products and services of cat grooming, cat hotel, and cat labor in the Baturaja area. With the rapid development of information technology, Baturaja Cat House still uses quite conventional methods in business operational activities which include managing transaction data, product data, customer data, sales reports which are currently still managed manually with bookkeeping, and there is also no place for customers to submit their criticisms and suggestions. In addition, the limitations of Baturaja Cat House in providing price information as well as promotions and offers that they offer are not yet massively widespread. If this is allowed, there will be a risk of decreasing customer loyalty and even sales.Therefore, the solution offered is to implement Customer Relationship Management using the Framework of Dynamic CRM method at Baturaja Cat House to support the implementation of its business strategy in increasing sales and customer loyalty, through the features in the CRM system such as registration and customer login, transactions that can be done online, coupon and warranty features available on the website and directly connected to the seller Keywords : loyalty, sale, website, coupon, warranty,, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), FODC (Framework of Dynamic CRM).
