PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSBIITY,PROFITABIITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI 2017-2019).
This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage on Company Value. The independent variables in this study are Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage. Company value as the dependent variable. The theoretical basis used in this research is stakeholder theory and signal theory.The population used in this study was taken from the financial statements of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2019 period. Samples were obtained using the purposive sampling method with a final number of 36 total observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that Corporate Social Responsibility has an effect on Company Value, while Profitability and Leverage have no effect on Company Value. Simultaneous test results show that Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage together have an effect on Company Value.
