PENGARUH DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN PT. HINDOLI
Modern-day organizations compete to retain talent and increase employee engagement with their company. Maximizing the utilization of workforce diversity is an important issue for management. Employees may quit or leave their jobs and organizations at their convenience. The prerequisite for leaving a job or organization is the intention to leave which can be called turnover intention that provides the organization with a valuable opportunity to react before the employee actually leaves the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workforce diversity management and employee engagement on turnover intention at pt. hindoli. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 178 respondents. Process of data analysis using structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that workforce diversity management had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, employee engagement had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and employee engagement had a more dominant effect on turnover intention. It can be concluded that the implementation of workforce diversity management and employee engagement levels have an impact on employee turnover intention.
