The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of production costs on profits in the Computer Industry (ISIC 26210) in Indonesia.In this study used time series data from 2001 to 2018, The type of data used in this study is secondary data, This time research uses simple regression analysis techniques, PCM, determinant coefficient (R2). Based on the results of the research estimate obtained the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.965613 1. The constant value of -1835225 means that if the cost of production does not exist then the profit value is -1835225 2. The coefficient value of b1 of 0.426174 means that if the cost of production increases by 1 unit then the profit will increase by 0.42557 The results showed that the cost of production positively and significantly on the profit costs of the computer industry with the average production cost of the computer industry in Indonesia in 2001-2018 was 3.2 billion rupiah and the average profit per year in the computer industry in Indonesia in 2001-2018 was 4.6 billion rupiah. The highest profit occurred in 2012, which was 13.7 billion. Keywords : Production Costs, Profit Costs, computer industry
