This study aims to determine the development of the performance of the food industry from nuts. This research was conducted using secondary data with the State of Indonesia as the object of scrutiny which was carried out from 2001 to 2017. The research using the analytical technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis with measurement methods such as added value, intermediate cost, output value, production cost, and profits. The results of this study show that the development of value-added in Indonesia in the period 2001-2017 experienced fluctuations caused by the high contribution of added value to the output and the profit conditions showed the same thing, this was due to the use of costs which had a large contribution to the profit value.
