This study aims to examine the effect of tax avoidance and corporate debt on firm value with corporate governance as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector in 2017-2020. To find out, researchers must first obtain data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling. The sample in this study used 62 samples from Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The results of this study indicate that tax avoidance and corporate debt have an effect on firm value. Keywords: Tax Avoidance, Corporate Debt, Company Value and Corporate Governance
