PENGARUH PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB), PENGANGGURAN, DAN BELANJA PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN TAHUN 2010-2019
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of gross regional domestic product (GRDP), unemployment, and government expenditure on poverty in the southern Sumatra provinces in 2010-2019. The type of data used in this study was panel data, which is a mixture of time series and cross-sectional data. The time series data covered the period from 2010 to 2019, while the cross-sectional data included the data from 5 provinces in the southern Sumatra. The results of the simultaneous test estimation showed that the regression probability value (F-sig.) was 0.000000, smaller than the alpha value 0.05, meaning that the gross regional domestic product (GRDP), unemployment, and government expenditure together or simultaneously affected significantly the poverty variable. The partial estimation results showed that the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) variable had a significant negative effect on the poverty variable. Meanwhile, the unemployment and government expenditure variables had an insignificant positive effect on the poverty variable.
