This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of employees of the Buay Pemaca Inpatient Health Center, Buay Pemaca District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Buay Pemaca Inpatient Health Center, totaling 50 respondents. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis environment. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that work stress has no significant negative effect on the performance of the employees of the Buay Pemaca Inpatient Health Center, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. Based on the results of the study, Puskesmas should pay more attention to the level of work stress experienced by employees, especially in the dimensions of task demands and demands for the role of employee performance in the dimensions of work quality and the need for supervision.
