The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III, Palembang. The research method used is quantitative method through questionnaire. The population of this study were all office employees of PT. KAI (Persero) Divre III, Palembang which has 129 employees. Sampling in this study used propotional stratified random sampling. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with 5% of error tolerance, and hence 98 samples were found to be used. The data analyses that are used in this research are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, then tested the hypothesis through correlation test, determination test, and partial test using SPSS 26 program statistics. The results of this research analysis state that organizational culture variable has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, which is in line with the aim of this study. This study proves that increasing the quality of organizational culture will increase employee loyalty at work.
