PENENTU ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR:PERAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT.
The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of Characteristics, Perceptions of Organizational Support, and Organizational Justice to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) With Employee Engagement as a Mediation Variable at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Bengkulu. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire, with sample of 73 respondents using the Saturated Sample Technique. The analytical method in this study used SEM-PLS (StructuralEquation Model-Partial Least Model) analysis tool SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the test results which showed that: Job Characteristics have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Perception of Organizational Support has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Justice has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Engagement mediation has no effect significant relationship between Job Characteristics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Engagement mediation has no significant effect on the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Engagement mediation has a significant effect on the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
