This research aims to determine The Effect Of The Physical Work Environment On The Performance Of Non-Medical Employees At Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin Hospital. The population in this study was all Employees of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir which numbered 50 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of 0,784, this showed that Physical Work Environment has a strong relationship with the Performance Of Non-Medical Employees At Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin Hospital. In the hypothesis testing it is known that The Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the Performance Of Non-Medical Employees At Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin Hospital.
