PENGARUH PENEMPATAN JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT KUNCORO MARINE INDONESIA
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an influence between position placement on employee performance at PT Kuncoro Marine Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of PT Kuncoro Marine Indonesia, totaling 45 employees using a census that is all the population used for research. In analyzing the data of this study using primary data and data collection techniques in this study were through questionnaires and direct field surveys, as well as the analytical techniques used in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques and using the SPSS version 26 application as a research tool. The independent variable in this study is job placement with indicators of education, work experience and age, in addition to the dependent variable in this study is employee performance with indicators of quality, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. This is indicated by the tarithmetic of 5,727 with a ttable of 2,016, which means that this figure indicates that the placement of employee positions affects employee performance so that the better and according to the placement of employee positions given to employees, employee performance will be better and increase. This research will also have a positive impact on the performance of employees. Therefore, it can be proven that the position placement hypothesis has a positive and significant effect.
