Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are village business institutions that are managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. At Bumdes Makmur Jaya Abadi found obstacles regarding rental activities, so the purpose of this research is to design and build an application for renting goods from Bumdes Makmur Jaya Abadi in Tanjung Pule village, the benefit of which is to help rent goods in Bumdes Makmur Jaya Abadi. Applications are built and developed using the waterfall method and are made using the CodeIgniter framework. In testing the application, the author uses blackbox testing as a testing method so that the system fits the scenario that the writer expects. Based on the test results, the application for renting goods is feasible and can help Bumdes staff in managing rental activities at Bumdes Makmur Jaya Abadi.
