This study aims to determine the effect of the Corporate Governance Perception Index, Managerial Ownership and Opportunity Investment Set on company value. The population of this research was 57 companies. The sample in this research amounted to 7 companies listed in CGPI ranking program using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study is secondary data obtained from anuall report. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data is processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25program. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Governance Perception Index and managerial ownership have no significant effect on the company value, and opportunity investment set has significant effect on the company value.
