This study aims to determine the influence and which variables are the most dominant among promotion, trust and service quality on customer decision in taking Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) financing at Bank BRI Unit Kuto Palembang. This study is a quantitative research that using primary data by questionnaires collected from 110 respondents. Respondents are KUR’s customers at Bank BRI Unit Kuto Palembang who were selected through the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study shows that promotion, trust and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decision. Partially, only service quality has a significant effect as well as being the most dominant variable for customer decision in taking KUR financing at Bank BRI Unit Kuto Palembang.
