ABSTRACT ARCHIVES INFORMATION SYSTEM OF INCOMING AND OUTGOING MAIL AT SRIGUNA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PALEMBANG Oleh HERNANDO PUTRA WIDIYANTORO 09010581923011 This final project was structured for the purpose to providing the facilities that can facilitate the performance of employees in daily activities at Sriguna Junior High School Palembang. Based on the data obtained from Sriguna Junior High School Palembang through interviews, the archiving of incoming and outgoing mail was done manually and mixed to be one in the form of paper sheets that complicate the employees to search the letters that needed in future. Based on the results of the analysis, Sriguna Junior High School Palembang can use the website of incoming and outgoing mail that can optimizing all of incoming and outgoing mail that will be archives, with the consideration that the incoming and outgoing mail can be more organized regularly and systematic, then can help to search letters with the shorter time.
